Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

Clients can cancel their project/service request within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, if the work has already commenced, cancellation may not be possible.

2. Refund Policy

Since we provide digital services (Web Development, SEO, Design), refunds are processed based on the following conditions:

• Full Refund: If the project has not been started within 7 days of payment.
• Partial Refund: If the project is stopped midway, a refund will be calculated based on the pending work, deducting charges for work already completed.
• No Refund: Once the final project is delivered and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment source.
